Go Baby GO

GoBabyGo! GoBabyGo! is a Nationwide program dedicated to providing mobility to babies and toddlers with special mobility needs. We use off-the-shelf, battery powered, ride-on toy cars and modify them for use by these children aged from birth ​to three-years old. The cars are used for exploration and play as well as socialization. The modified cars serve as alternatives to motorized wheel chairs which cost about $17,000 each. There are no commercially available devices for children aged two years and under. This program is in cooperation with Prisma Health, whose medical professionals identify children and families in need of these cars, design the modifications needed to suit the unique condition of each child, purchase the cars and modification supplies and provide the facilities and tools for the modifications.
